Welcome to the 'Winner's Post' here at the 'Fantasy Stampers Challenge'.

First, a big thank you to everyone who played along last time with our 'Boys Rule!' challenge - we had some great entries, but PLEASE remember that we are a stamping challenge, so digital entries are not eligible for our Top 3 spot - it's a real shame that we have to exclude some entries from our vote.

So, here's who the Design Team chose for the Top 3  ...

1st - Coops
A stunning boy themed design x

2nd - Kimbo
We couldn't resist adorable little Fergus x

3rd - Helen

Congratulations ladies - please feel free to take a copy of our Winner's badge -

I will be back on the 13th September with the next set of winners.

# 44 - The Colour Purple

Welcome back to the
'Fantasy Stampers Challenge'.

Just a reminder if you are new to our challenge -
your project doesn't have to be
of a 'Fantasy' nature.

First of all, 'Thank You' to those of you that joined us for our last challenge 'Boys Rule!' - we had some fab entries, but please remember that we are a stamping challenge, so unfortunately we are unable to consider digital images for our Top 3. Please don't forget to pop back tomorrow to check out our 'Winner's Post'.

Secondly, I have some exciting news today as we introduce two brand new Design Team members to our challenge, so please say hello to Maria and Lesley.

MARIA

My name is Maria and I live in Wirral with my two teenagers, and various other animals. I discovered rubber stamping about ten years ago starting as an occasional hobby, but my passion has grown over the years and I now teach and demonstrate stamping, cardmaking and mixed media full time.  I'm delighted to be joining the team at Fantasy Stampers and look forward to sharing my inky stampy creations with you.

LESLEY

Hello, my name is Lesley aka Stamping Bubbles in the blogging world. I am a forty something mother of four living in Cheshire and work in a local primary school as a higher level teaching assistant. I have been crafting all my life, starting knitting and sewing doll's clothes when I was a child. I began making cards in 1997 using machine embroidery, but discovered stamping in 2009. Now I enjoy stamping, colouring with various mediums and die cutting. I started blogging in 2013 so I could enter the many blog challenges and now am a member of the Spectrum Noir TV and the Winter Wonderland design teams. I am incredibly proud to have been asked to join the Fantasy Stampers design team.

oooOooo

So, here we go with Challenge No.44 - our theme for the next two weeks is ...

Just happens to be one of my favourite colours, so can't wait to see all your 'purple' projects!

BUT please remember, we are a stamping challenge so your project MUST include stamping and please state clearly which stamp/stamps you used in your blog post (no digital images please)

Here's what the Design Team made for your inspiration ...

Stamp - Lavinia Stamps 'Fairy House'

Stamp - Honeydoo Stamps 'Butterfly Border'

Stamp - My Paper World '3D Rose Set'
Visible Image 'Large Butterfly'

Stamp - Clarity 'Shepherd's Purse'
and 'May your Dreams'

LESLEY
Stamp - LOTV 'Christmas Candle'

- thank you ladies.

And 'Thank You' to those of you leaving comments
about our DT projects - they are much appreciated.

Now it's over to you - to submit your entry just click on the little blue button below and remember to link your entry back to our blog. We will be around to visit your blogs over the next fortnight and I will be back with details of our next challenge on the 12th September.

Wishing you all lots of luck,

Midway Motivation - Boys Rule!

Welcome back to our
 'Midway Motivation' post here at
FANTASY STAMPERS.

I'm back today with our Guest Designer for the month of August to give you a little extra motivation for our current challenge - 'Boys Rule!'.  So, if you missed it last time, here's a bit about Tammy ...

Hi, my name is Tammy and I live in Colorado with my wonderful husband and our two fur-babies! I've always had some kind of crafty thing going on in my life. But, when I started to make cards I knew it was the perfect craft for me because I love to colour and create with paper. I think the best way to describe my style would be ... bold colouring with mostly 'cute' images and I love my die cuts!

I'm very excited to join Jan and the entire team this month as a Guest Designer! Thank You!

oooOooo

Here's Tammy's fabulous project for our current challenge 'Boys Rule!' ...

Stamp - Stamping Bella 'Sk8r Boy'

Many thanks, Tammy.

So, there is still plenty of time to join us - the current challenge will close on the 28th August, and I will be back with details of our next challenge the following day.

Design Team Call

The Fantasy Stampers Challenge blog has been running successfully since January 2014 and has a small team of dedicated designers, but I am now looking to extend the design team further.

So, if you would like to venture into the world of designing, here's what I am looking for:

Several enthusiastic crafters
to join our team.

The challenge rules can be found on the tab
at the top of the page.

The term will be for six months initially
with a view to extend.

You will need to be an active blogger and
social networker, and be able to make and post
1 project every two weeks on Saturdays
to meet challenge deadlines.

Each team member will be required to
comment on challenge entries
and will be allocated commenting numbers.

We have no fancy DT incentives to offer, this is a non-prize giving blog, but the Design Team will choose a ‘Top 3’ who will all receive a ‘Winner’s badge’ to proudly display on their own blog.  I am simply looking for people who are as passionate about stamping as I am who can commit to the above terms and no previous design team experience is necessary

If you would like to apply please send me an e-mail at jaybe63@hotmail.co.uk and tell me a bit about yourself, why you would like to join us and a link to your blog..

The DT call is open until Sunday 30th August and I will announce the new team members shortly after.

Good Luck, Jan xx
